We organize farmers into Farmer-Based Organizations (FBOs), Farmers Interest Groups (FIGs), Village Savings and Loans Association (VSLA) and Tree Growers Associations (TGAs) to enhance collective action. We also build capacity in leadership, governance, entrepreneurship, advocacy, Farm business school, own saving culture, Income generating activities, mental health and reproductive health, Capacity building on value addition to crops, nutrition, and Good Agriculture practices (GAP) and post-harvest handling practices.
